Charlotte has over ten years’ experience as a content and communications specialist, localising strategies internationally with a strong focus on the US, Canada, and Australia. Her experience ranges from work in global agencies, disruptive fast-growth startups, and the UK’s largest fresh produce market, where she developed a communications strategy to support over 200 tenant businesses through each phase of the market’s £145million regeneration. She has also worked independently as a freelance journalist and copywriter.
Charlotte is passionate about mental health and bringing to life Small Pharma’s mission and story. She joined the team as Content Manager in 2022. Her role focuses on developing the company brand and establishing its online presence through editorial, video, website, and social content.
She holds a BA in American Studies from the University of Nottingham and spent a year studying at the College of Charleston, South Carolina.
